Our family has spent two decades investing to build companies in transactions across technology and technology enabled business services - primarily in the healthcare and education end markets.

Our passion is to partner with company's who can drive a substantial social impact - such as better educational and healthcare outcomes - as we believe firmly that great social impact can go hand in hand with great financial impact.

When we find a situation we believe in, we want to make sure our capital is flexible to be the right fit. As such:

• We invest directly to make either controlling or minority growth investments in private companies

• We invest in partnership with other private investors as a value-added LP

• We invest passively in other investment managers when we believe there is good alignment of interests.
